Introduction
AFI Home North represents the first project of the division “Built to Rent”, setting a new standard in the premium residential rental segment. The first building, comprising 80 furnished apartments, was delivered in April 2025, confirming the strong demand for high-standard rental housing in the local market. The second building, currently under construction, will add 164 new apartments and is scheduled for delivery in Q1 2026. The third phase, which will include an additional residential building, is forecasted in the following years.
