Introduction

In August 2024, AFI Romania acquired the iconic Bucharest Financial Plaza at 15 Calea Victoriei, setting the stage for an ambitious transformation into a modern, sustainable mixed-use hub in central Bucharest.
AFI Central Tower will offer 27,900 sqm of GLA, including 25,250 sqm of premium office space, complemented by 2,750 sqm of ground-floor retail and a two-level rooftop restaurant boasting panoramic city views. The design thoughtfully integrates functionality with sophisticated aesthetics, featuring a vibrant retail mix on the ground floor that includes dining venues, a pharmacy, beauty services, and essential amenities tailored to the needs of office tenants and the wider community.
Committed to achieving LEED Platinum certification, the project places ESG principles at its core, setting a new standard for sustainable urban regeneration by blending the site’s historic architectural significance with modern, lifestyle-oriented workspaces.
