The Glil Yam long-term rental project offers 273 units, all available for 20-year rental to eligible tenants. Located in Herzliya, within a kibbutz setting, it combines the charm of rural living with the benefits of urban accessibility, including easy access to major transportation routes like the coastal road and Ayalon lanes. The project is a joint venture with Africa Israel Residence.
