Introduction
The next phase of the AFI Airport City development includes a new business zone called Business Avenue, comprising three modern towers. Two towers will be dedicated to office use, offering flexible, high-standard office spaces, while the third tower will be mixed-use and will accommodate the AC Hotel Airport City by Marriott, further enriching the overall offering of the complex. The first phase of the Business Avenue project is represented by the already completed Tower 1 — an impressive 15-story office building with an underground garage, setting new standards in workplace flexibility and occupant comfort.
