Introduction

Business Avenue Tower 3 is part of the new business district within the AFI Airport City complex and the first mixed-use building in the park. The prestigious AC by Marriott hotel will occupy the ground floor through the sixth floor, while office space for lease will be located on floors seven through fifteen. The hotel will offer 209 contemporary guest rooms, a dedicated congress center, flexible meeting and event spaces, and a carefully curated food and beverage experience. By seamlessly combining premium hospitality and modern office space under one roof, Tower 3 further enriches the AFI Airport City experience and strengthens its position as one of the region’s leading business destinations. The project is scheduled for completion by the end of 2026.
